What you are buying

A personal, perpetual licence to use Sleek Mouse on Macs you own or control. One payment of $9.99, no subscription, no renewal. Future versions and future cursor packs are included at no extra cost.

You may not resell it, redistribute the application or the download link, or present it as your own work.

Who you are buying from

Polar is the merchant of record. Your contract of sale, your receipt and any sales tax or VAT are handled by Polar, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.

What it does to your Mac

Sleek Mouse replaces the images registered for the system arrow cursor while it is running. It modifies no system files. Quitting it, toggling it off, or restarting your Mac restores the original arrow. If the app is force-quit, the next launch restores the arrow before doing anything else.

It does this through private Apple interfaces, which is why it cannot be distributed through the Mac App Store. A future macOS release could change or remove those interfaces. If that happens the app shows a warning instead of failing silently, and we will do our best to adapt — but we cannot promise that any particular version of macOS will keep working.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
