Ask and you get one

If Sleek Mouse is not what you wanted, email us within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove anything. It is a $9.99 cursor app — arguing about it would cost everyone more than the refund.

How it works

Polar is the merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Polar back to your original payment method. Email the address below, or reply to the receipt Polar sent you, with the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days. How quickly it then appears on your statement is up to your bank.

If something is broken

If the app will not run, or a macOS update has stopped it working, tell us before asking for a refund — a fix helps everyone, and the refund is still there if we cannot manage one.
